Undergraduate degree: Joined the University of Basrah, College of Medicine in 1997 and earned an M.B.Ch.B. degree on the 6th of August, 2003. Rank of graduation: 3rd out of 120 graduates, grade (V.good), average (81.47)

Postgraduate degree: Attached to Iraqi Council for Medical Specialization in 2006 for four years earned the fellowship of the council (F.I.C.M.S) on the 1st of June 2010. Rank of graduation 4th out of 20 graduates.
