Haider M. AlSabbagh received his Ph.D. degree from School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering (SEIEE), University of Shanghai JiaoTong in 2008. His both BSc. and MSc. degrees in Communications and Electronics Engineering from the University of Basrah in1992 and 1996, respectively. Currently, he is a professor at University of Basrah. His research interests include wireless communication systems, mobile and wireless networks, information networks, optical communications, body area networks. He is a member of editorial board and referee for several international prestigious journals also occupies TPC committee member and referee for many international conferences. He was a scholar of the Council of Assisting Refugee Academics (CARA) organization, London, UK, for two years. He wasa publicity chairman for the first international conference on Electrical Engineering and applications (MIC–Electrical 2014), Greece, Athena. He was an academic visitor to Loughborough University, UK, from mid-Sept. to mid-Oct.2012. He is a member of academic staff of 5G research center (5GRC),Loughborough, UK and senior member of IEEE.
